A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance Presales Manager with deep knowledge of the London Market, to join a highly respected core systems Insurtech business driving digital transformation. This role would suit someone who combines strong technical understanding with commercial acumen - someone who can translate complex requirements into clear, compelling solutions for clients across the Lloyd’s and Specialty Insurance market, offering high-impact international client exposure, and the chance to provide consultative problem solving with a cloud-based platform designed for agility and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process with pre-sales engagements, including solution demonstrations, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Partner with business development teams to shape propositions and showcase product capabilities to London Market clients.
  • Work closely with Product and Implementation teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery.
  • Translate client requirements into tailored system configurations and functional demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating how technology can enable operational efficiency and growth.
  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, thought leadership, and product feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Proven London Market insurance experience (Lloyd’s / Specialty insurance essential).
  • Strong background in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting within insurance technology.
  • Understanding of policy administration, underwriting and claims.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, bids, or solution design for enterprise insurance clients.
  • Based within an easy commute to c.London for client meetings and a weekly in-office day.
