Role and Company Context One of our well-respected global Insurtech clients is looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive growth in the UK & EMEA insurance space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that empowers insurers, MGAs, and brokers with flexible, cutting-edge core systems solutions designed to simplify Insurance processes and accelerate growth. We\’re seeking a natural Sales Leader with deep industry and SaaS solutions knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to win new business in a complex and competitive B2B environment.
Responsibilities Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and close
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the insurance sector
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment from sales through to implementation
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to support business goals
Liaising with SDRs and other members of the team on a regular basis
Qualifications A strong track record in B2B sales within the insurtech / insurance industry
Experience selling complex technology or SaaS solutions, ideally to insurers, MGAs and brokers
A consultative approach to selling, with confidence engaging senior and C-level stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Living within easy access to London for a weekly Head Office day
