High-Growth Insurtech Startup | Central London (3 days/week)
This is not a 'safe marketing' role! This is not about events, conferences or beige brochures. This is a chance to own the voice, energy and digital presence of a fast-scaling specialist Insurance startup that’s already making serious noise in the market - and wants to go much, much louder. Our client is on a sharp growth curve and needs a Marketing Manager with courage, creativity and commercial instinct to take full ownership of their digital marketing engine.
The Opportunity
This role is pivotal to the company’s continued growth. They are deliberately flexible:
- £40k for a strong marketer with ~2+ years of highly relevant experience and huge potential
- Up to £80k for a genuine stand-out / unicorn who can operate at a senior level and move fast
What matters most is impact, not time served.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and executing digital marketing initiatives that directly support broker engagement, pipeline growth and brand cut-through:
- Owning and evolving the company’s digital marketing strategy
- Creating loud, bold, brave content that grabs attention and sparks conversation
- Producing compelling visuals, campaigns and assets using Canva
- Driving marketing automation, lead nurture and performance via HubSpot
- Marketing directly to Insurance Brokers — speaking their language, solving their problems
- Shaping a brand that stands out in a crowded Cyber market
- Working closely with leadership to support commercial growth objectives
This is a hands-on role - strategy and execution.
What They’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years’ experience in Marketing (quality and relevance over quantity)
- Proven experience marketing to Insurance Brokers and MGAs
- Any specific Cyber Insurance experience is desirable (but not essential if you learn fast)
- Strong, confident user of Canva and HubSpot
- A marketer who thrives on standing out, not blending in
- Someone who is commercially aware, curious and unafraid to challenge the norm
- Comfortable working 3 days per week in Central London
This is not a fit for:
- Event-led or conference-heavy marketing backgrounds
- Anyone who needs lots of structure before taking action
Why This Role?
- High visibility, high impact, real ownership
- A chance to shape a brand — not just service one
- Clear growth runway with a business going places
- Flexible salary based on talent, not titles
If you’re the kind of marketer who wants to build something, be heard, and leave a clear fingerprint on a growing Cyber Insurtech — this role was written for you!
