We're partnered with a dynamic Cyber Insurtech client, seeking a capable and highly driven Business Development Manager to join their expanding sales team. This role is centred on strategic new business development within the Insurance sectorâidentifying opportunities, shaping tailored solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute, relationshipâled sales professional with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence outcomes, and deliver results in a dynamic, highâperforming environment. An ideal candidate could already be overâachieving against sales targets in their current new business Insurance role, but perhaps be frustrated by a capped OTE, or wanting to work as a key player in a more dynamic highâgrowth startâup with an exceptional USP, where individual sales success will be highly valued and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target Specialty Insurance Clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
