The Role Overview
As AVP Sales, you’ll take ownership of new business growth across the UK, with a clear mandate to build pipeline, close deals, and help shape the wider sales strategy. You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously day-to-day, while also collaborating closely with leadership to refine go-to-market plans and long-term commercial strategy. You will network proactively, open new doors, uncover the strategic needs and challenges of insurance organisations, develop new business and get involved in leveraging business within those clients moving forward.
Requirements:
- Proven track record opening enterprise-level deals in the P&C insurance space
- 5+ years breadth and depth of P&C Insurance knowledge and experience
- Strong network of Insurance contacts
- A true self-starter who is confident self-starting as an individual contributor
- Comfortable selling solutions, not just products - able to confidently discuss delivery and implementation
- Awareness of main commercial offerings for Broker technology solutions
- Well educated and commercially sharp, high-energy, and credible at C-suite level
- Living with easy access to C. London for 1-2 hybrid days per week
- Collaborative mindset - able to strategise, not just execute
