Exceptional opportunity for a Senior Regional Sales Leader to join a globally recognised, market-leading SaaS provider that is redefining insurance technology. Their core system platforms power digital transformation for top-tier insurers worldwide, enabling large-scale innovation and operational excellence. With significant investment, a proven enterprise platform, and ambitious growth plans across EMEA, this is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the EME region and drive commercial and strategic success.
As Vice President for EMEA, you will be the senior executive leading the region’s performance, revenue growth, and market expansion. This is a highly visible, board-facing role, where you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy, lead enterprise sales, and represent the organisation across key markets - particularly the London Market and major European insurers. You will play a pivotal role in winning large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes, positioning a cloud-first SaaS platform against legacy competitors, and forging long-term strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver the EMEA strategy, driving revenue growth, market share, and overall regional performance
- Lead, scale, and inspire enterprise sales teams, consistently securing high-value, complex deals
- Drive new logo acquisition and competitive displacement of legacy core systems
- Act as executive sponsor on key strategic pursuits and major transformation programmes
- Build and maintain trusted C-suite relationships across insurers and partners, leveraging a strong London Market and EMEA network
- Represent the organisation externally with credibility, shaping its presence in industry forums and with strategic clients
- Provide leadership across regional functions (sales, marketing, delivery, customer success) to ensure alignment and excellence in execution
- Collaborate with global leadership to localise strategy and enhance go-to-market effectiveness
- Own forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics, ensuring sustained overachievement of targets
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting on performance, risks, and strategic opportunities
Who You Are
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles within InsurTech Enterprise Software – please note, we are looking for a candidate who has direct senior sales reports across a region in EMEA, rather than a stand-alone senior sales contribution role
- Deep expertise across the London Market and broader EMEA, with a well-established industry network
- Proven track record of selling enterprise-scale core platforms (Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital, etc.) and exceeding revenue and bookings targets
- Experience winning large, complex, multi-year transformation programmes, including RFP-led competitive deals
- Skilled in long-cycle, consultative enterprise sales with multi-stakeholder, C-suite engagement
- Experienced in building and leading high-performing Insurtech product sales teams across multiple geographies
- Ability to position cloud-based SaaS solutions effectively against legacy systems and competitors
- Credible and trusted advisor to senior executives, with strong commercial acumen and leadership presence
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable operating in high-stakes, complex environments
- Willingness to travel throughout EMEA as required
