We are currently representing a well-respected Insurtech software provider in the insurance technology sector in their search for an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team, on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week based in London. This is a key client-facing role focused on relationship management, retention, and revenue growth, rather than new business across a diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic client relationships across the insurance market
- Develop account plans, handle renewals, and expand revenue opportunities
- Deliver sales forecasts and provide key insights to the senior leadership team
- Represent the business at industry events and stay ahead of market trends
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions in a competitive landscape
Requirements:
- 2 years + SaaS account management experience, which must include some Insurance clients
- Proven success managing complex solutions and navigating stakeholder relationships
- Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Confident engaging with senior-level clients
- Proactive, highly organised, and results-driven
- Any London Market experience ideal but not essential
