A leading, global AJ100 architecture practice with a great reputation is looking for a midweight Wayfinding Designer to join their talented team.

This role is ideal for a designer with a strong graphic foundation and a genuine interest in how people navigate, understand, and emotionally connect with spaces. Youll contribute to the development of clear, intuitive, and visually engaging wayfinding systems, working from early concept through to detailed design.

About theWayfinding DesignerRole

Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and project leads to create wayfinding solutions that balance creativity, clarity, and user needs.

Wayfinding DesignerKey responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the creative direction and graphic quality of wayfinding projects
• Developing wayfinding graphic systems from initial concept through to detailed design documentation
• Bringing fresh ideas, research, and insight to inform design thinking
• Producing clear, compelling presentations and wayfinding strategy materials
• Presenting design work internally and to clients when required
• Managing multiple projects and iterations with strong attention to detail

Wayfinding DesignerKey requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar wayfinding design role
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with a user-centred approach
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• A high level of expertise in typography, colour, layout, and pictogram design
• Experience creating and working with design guidelines
• Ability to develop wayfinding systems from a conceptual design or existing brand
• Experience working on large-scale or complex environments
• A passion for graphic design and pushing creative boundaries
• Confidence presenting ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with an open, collaborative mindset
