Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Studio Coordinator with a passion for architecture and design? One of our leading clients, an award-winning, design-led architecture practice is looking for a Studio/Bid Coordinator to join their dynamic team in London .

This is a varied and rewarding position that combines bid coordination, communications, and studio operations. You’ll be the engine behind high-quality submissions and studio efficiency supporting both creative output and team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Help with studio operations, HR admin, and culture-building initiatives
Assist with coordinating bid submissions
Manage the content of social media and the website
Support internal communications, events, and exhibitions
What You’ll Bring:
Prior experience in a similar Studio Coordinator role where you have gained exposure to bids and marketing
Experience working for an architecture/design studio
Strong writing and visual communication skills
A good eye for layout and design (InDesign/Adobe Suite)
Highly organised, team-oriented, and full of initiative
Eager to contribute to a creative, mission-driven team
