We’re working with a highly respected, award-winning architecture practice to recruit a Senior Bid Coordinator for their London studio. This role is ideal for a creative and highly organised bid professional with a passion for architecture and design. You’ll play a key role in managing high-value and strategically important bids, working closely with partners and wider work-winning teams to deliver compelling, high-quality submissions.
The opportunity involves being part of a collaborative and supportive bids team, taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process, balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also contribute to longer-term work-winning strategy, continuous improvement, and the practice’s positioning within the industry.

Key responsibilities include:- Managing the full bid lifecycle for key and high-value opportunities
- Supporting the delivery of work-winning strategies across multiple sectors
- Building strong relationships with partners and senior internal stakeholders
- Producing high-quality bid and presentation materials using Adobe InDesign
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across submissions
- Maintaining bid libraries, CVs, case studies, and imagery
- Analysing bid outcomes to support continuous improvement
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborating closely with business development and marketing teams
- Proven experience coordinating or managing bids, ideally within architecture or the wider built environment
- Strong Adobe InDesign skills and a good eye for layout and detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines
