A leading, global AJ100 architecture practice with a great reputation is looking for a midweight Wayfinding Designer to join their talented team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong graphic foundation and a genuine interest in how people navigate, understand, and emotionally connect with spaces. You’ll contribute to the development of clear, intuitive, and visually engaging wayfinding systems, working from early concept through to detailed design.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and project leads to create wayfinding solutions that balance creativity, clarity, and user needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the creative direction and graphic quality of wayfinding projects
- Developing wayfinding graphic systems from initial concept through to detailed design documentation
- Bringing fresh ideas, research, and insight to inform design thinking
- Producing clear, compelling presentations and wayfinding strategy materials
- Presenting design work internally and to clients when required
