A well-established international architecture practice is looking for a part-time entry-level administrator to join its London office.

This practice is at an exciting stage of UK growth and offers the opportunity to develop your skills, take on broader responsibilities and progress as the London office expands.

Working closely with the UK office lead, you will provide a mix of administrative, front-of-house and operational support in a professional, design-led environment.

Responsibilities:-

  • Answering calls and handling general enquiries.
  • Typing letters and basic correspondence.
  • General office administration and filing.
  • Diary, meeting and travel coordination.
  • Supporting the UK office lead with day-to-day tasks.
  • Helping to keep the office organised and running smoothly.
  • Assisting with basic information collation for tender submissions, where required.
