Are you passionate about architecture, design and visual storytelling? This is an opportunity to join one of the world's most respected global design studios in a role that goes far beyond traditional bid coordination. Working at the heart of a creative, collaborative studio, you'll help shape how exceptional architecture is presented to clients, competition juries and the wider design community. Combining elements of bids, business development, branding, marketing and visual communication, this is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, architects and designers to transform ideas, projects and design thinking into compelling presentations, project portfolios, submissions and marketing material that genuinely tell a story. If you're looking for a role with more creativity, influence and variety than a conventional bid position, this could be exactly what you've been waiting for.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing high-quality bid submissions, presentations and client proposals
- Creating visually engaging project portfolios, brochures and marketing collateral
- Working with architects and design teams to develop compelling project narratives
- Supporting business development initiatives and strategic pursuits
- Researching new markets and opportunities
- Coordinating tender documentation, portals and pre-qualification submissions
- Collaborating with international colleagues on shared pursuits and best practice
- Helping ensure the studio's brand, messaging and visual identity remain consistently exceptional
What they are looking for:
- A bid coordinator with solid experience gained within architecture, design or the wider built environment
- Enjoys both the strategic and creative sides of winning work
- Has strong bid coordination experience
- Has an excellent eye for detail and beautifully presented documentation
- Is confident using InDesign, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Can manage multiple deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional quality
- Is naturally organised, proactive and collaborative
- Has excellent written communication skills and enjoys crafting compelling content
Why this opportunity?
This is far more than a bid coordination role. You'll become part of an internationally recognised design practice with an outstanding portfolio of work spanning hospitality, mixed-use, residential, cultural and civic projects across the globe. Reporting into an inspiring Global Head of Communications, you'll sit within a team responsible for communicating the practice's design philosophy, shaping client-facing material and supporting the studio's continued international growth.
It's an opportunity to work in a genuinely design-led environment where creativity, culture and collaboration are at the centre of everything they do. If you're someone who loves architecture, storytelling and beautifully crafted presentations and you're looking to broaden your career beyond traditional bids we'd love to hear from you.
Please note - this is a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave.
