Are you an organised, proactive all-rounder who thrives in a busy, creative environment? I'm working exclusively with a highly respected architecture practice that is looking for a Project & Studio Coordinator to join its London studio. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety. You'll play a key role supporting project teams, helping with the smooth running of the studio and getting involved in marketing and communications activities too. No two days will be the same!
You'll be involved in:
- Project administration and document control
- Supporting multiple architectural teams across live projects
- Studio coordination and day-to-day office support
- Assisting with events, meetings and team logistics
- Marketing materials, social media, website updates and CRM administration
They're looking for someone who:
- has worked in a similar role with exposure to project administration or document control
- has experience within architecture, design or the wider built environment
- is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- can confidently manage multiple priorities
- has strong administrative experience and enjoys working across different teams
- is a quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
- has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (essential)
