The Role

This is a highly creative and collaborative position that combines strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and visual communication. The role would particularly suit a bid professional who enjoys the creative side of submissions and wants to spend more time developing engaging narratives, impactful presentations, and strategic pursuits rather than focusing solely on process-driven tender responses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and delivering high-quality bids, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Producing compelling new business documents, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Developing creative bid strategies and shaping persuasive submission narratives.
• Creating visually engaging layouts and presentations that reflect the practice's design excellence.
• Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
• Collaborating with international teams and senior leadership on strategic pursuits across a diverse range of sectors.
• Supporting the development of new business initiatives and client engagement activities.

What They're Looking For

• Previous experience within bids, proposals, pursuits, submissions, or marketing within architecture, design, engineering, or the wider built environment.
• Strong InDesign skills and a keen eye for visual communication and layout design.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• A passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience supporting public sector bids and framework submissions would be advantageous.
