Bid Manager for AJ100 Architecture Practice in City of London, London

I'm delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, award-winning global architecture practice as they look to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to join their established Bids team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has experienced significant growth in recent years, with an impressive portfolio spanning architecture, urban design, masterplanning and development consultancy. You'll become part of a collaborative, well-established bids team where your ideas and expertise will genuinely make an impact. The Role You'll take ownership of managing bids from start to finish, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant and delivered to the highest standard. Working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll coordinate responses, write and edit content, manage deadlines and help drive successful win strategies. You'll also play an important role in maintaining bid resources and supporting wider business development and marketing initiatives. About You ✔ Previous experience managing bids within the built environment (architecture, engineering, construction, property or consultancy). ✔ Excellent writing, editing and project management skills. ✔ Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. ✔ Confident working with multiple stakeholders and juggling competing deadlines. ✔ Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign would be advantageous.
