I’m currently working with a well-known, global architecture practice to recruit a Business Development Assistant for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, proactive and highly organised individual to support leadership and work-winning teams, playing a key role in driving growth, raising profile and strengthening client relationships across multiple sectors.
The Role
- Support work-winning activities by identifying, tracking and developing new business opportunities
- Coordinate and manage internal BD meetings, leads trackers and CRM activity
- Assist with targeted business development campaigns and regional BD strategy delivery
- Arrange and attend external BD meetings, networking events and industry activities
- Support the planning and delivery of client-facing events, panels and roundtables
- Collaborate with marketing, graphics and bid teams to ensure high-quality collateral and bid readiness
- Gather and share market intelligence across regional and national teams
- Help capture client feedback to support long-term relationship building
About You
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and external contacts
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for design and brand consistency
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe InDesign
