Are you a creative and detail-oriented Bid Manager with a passion for winning work? My client, one of the world’s leading architecture practices, is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their talented and collaborative marketing team in central London. This is a dynamic role supporting high-quality bid submissions and client-focused business development initiatives across multiple sectors. You’ll work alongside a variety of stakeholders to deliver compelling, strategic bids and play a key role in shaping marketing output.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full bid lifecycle – from strategy to submission
- Collaborate with directors to develop standout proposals and presentations
- Format and produce documents using InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Maintain up-to-date marketing content including CVs, project sheets, and visuals
- Lead on awards submissions, brochures, and client-facing materials
- Coordinate with wider marketing and comms teams to support brand consistency
- Support events, marketing campaigns, and business development research
