My client, one of the world’s leading architecture practices, is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their talented and collaborative marketing team in central London. This is a dynamic role supporting high-quality bid submissions and client-focused business development initiatives across multiple sectors. You’ll work alongside a variety of stakeholders to deliver compelling, strategic bids and play a key role in shaping marketing output.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full bid lifecycle – from strategy to submission
- Collaborate with directors to develop standout proposals and presentations
- Format and produce documents using InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Maintain up-to-date marketing content including CVs, project sheets, and visuals
- Lead on awards submissions, brochures, and client-facing materials
- Coordinate with wider marketing and comms teams to support brand consistency
