I’m currently working with a leading global architecture practice that is looking to recruit a talented Bid Coordinator for its team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex bid processes end to end and wants to play a key role in shaping winning strategies for high-profile projects across the built environment.
The role involves coordinating the full bid lifecycle from identifying opportunities and win strategy through to submission, interviews, and post‑bid reviews. You’ll work closely with design teams and senior stakeholders to produce high‑quality, compelling submissions.
Key responsibilities:- Managing end‑to‑end bid processes across multiple live opportunities
- Coordinating inputs, storyboarding, writing, editing, and reviewing bid responses
- Ensuring submissions are compliant, tailored and delivered on time
- Driving collaboration across internal teams and external partners
- Helping to develop and embed bid best practice, processes and knowledge sharing
- Managing the bids pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Prior experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role
- Must have experience within architecture or the wider built environment
- Strong understanding of RIBA stages, procurement routes and design‑led bids
- Excellent project management, writing and editing skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys working cross‑functionally
- Strong working knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft 365
- APMP certification and additional languages are a plus
