About the Role
In this dynamic position, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing and communications teams to deliver high-quality bids, tenders, and marketing materials. Your expertise in bid coordination, writing, and design will contribute to the studio’s success in securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
- Prepare and format bid and submission documents using InDesign
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, CVs, and project descriptions
- Assist in business development research and marketing activities
- Prepare awards submissions and support event planning
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand standards
Key Skills Required:
