The Role

As part of the Business Development team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality bid submissions by coordinating proposal responses, project sheets and CVs, while working closely with technical, commercial and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and produce compliant, high-quality proposals in line with the UK bid process
  • Review bid documentation, identifying key requirements, deadlines and evaluation criteria
  • Liaise with commercial teams on contractual and legislative requirements
  • Participate in bid kick-off meetings and planning sessions
  • Carry out targeted research to support win themes
  • Review and edit bid content to ensure it is clear, compelling, accurate and on-brand
  • Support the design and production of bid presentations
  • Maintain and update the CRM system

About You

  • Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator or similar role, ideally within the built environment
  • Strong copywriting, editing and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of the bid process
  • Working knowledge of InDesign and MS Office
  • Confident communicator who is proactive, organised and calm under pressure
