Freelance / Temp Opportunity - Bid Coordinator

I’m currently supporting a well-regarded design-led architecture practice in their search for a Bid Coordinator to join the team on a short-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in bids, proposals or business development coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and producing high-quality tender and PQQ submissions
  • Managing deadlines and bid documentation across multiple live opportunities
  • Liaising with internal teams and external consultants to gather information
  • Supporting bid meetings, reviews and submission processes
  • Maintaining bid trackers and tender portal activity
  • Ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant and visually polished

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience supporting bids/tenders within architecture or the wider built environment
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written English and proofreading ability
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with public sector procurement processes is highly desirable
