Senior Financial Analyst (Product Costing)
A leading multinational organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Financial Analyst to support its regional manufacturing finance team.
Working closely with operational stakeholders, this role will focus on financial planning, costing, operational performance and business partnering within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with strong experience in manufacturing finance, SAP and costing to join a highly regarded global organisation.
The role will be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Prepare monthly management reports and perform detailed variance analysis across operational cost centres.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for manufacturing operations.
- Analyse manufacturing costs, inventory movements and cost drivers to improve operational performance.
- Drive product costing, standard costing updates and cost analysis within SAP.
- Build financial models and provide commercial insights to support business decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Around 5-8 years' experience within manufacturing, industrial or multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, standard costing and inventory accounting.
- Hands-on SAP experience is essential.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
