They are seeking an experienced Lead Talent Manager, based in Singapore, to drive and evolve their global talent management agenda across international operations and supervise a team. This role goes beyond programs and frameworks. It focuses on building strong leadership and succession pipelines, enhancing employee development and engagement, and shaping a future-ready workforce to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the right talent to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business and HR leaders to support and execute the organization’s talent management strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Support succession planning processes to ensure robust leadership pipelines and readiness for critical roles.
- Monitor workforce trends and talent risks, proactively identifying future capability and development needs.
- Talent Development & Learning
- Support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives that enhance leadership capability, functional skills, and career growth.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and development pathways to accelerate readiness and retention.
- Support initiatives that promote continuous learning and capability building across the organization.
- Performance Management & Engagement
- Support managers in embedding effective performance management practices that drive accountability, development, and high performance.
- Analyze employee engagement and talent data, partnering with leaders to develop and implement action plans.
- Promote a positive employee experience and a culture of inclusion, growth, and engagement.
- Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure strong pipelines of diverse and future-ready talent.
- Support internal mobility and career movement initiatives to retain and develop key talent.
- Provide input into employer branding strategies to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice.
- Data, Insights & Governance
- Leverage talent analytics to provide insights on workforce performance, retention, succession, and development effectiveness.
- Track key talent metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making and talent reviews.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, or related roles.
- Proven experience in succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and talent reviews.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at senior levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong execution focus in dynamic environments.
