As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead strategic and operational marketing initiatives in Singapore. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, supporting commercial performance, and driving market engagement across the healthcare landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth and market share objectives
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform campaigns and planning
- Plan and manage marketing activities such as industry events, seminars, conferences, and engagement initiatives
- Drive patient and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Conduct field visits to gather market insights and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, and offline platforms
- Oversee development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimize activities to maximize ROI

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience managing agencies and external vendors
