Join a reputable German Shipowner/Manager headquartered in Singapore and take charge of day-to-day crewing operations for a fleet of 40 vessels. This role focuses purely on planning, scheduling, crew change coordination, and working closely with manning agents & fleet superintendents.
Key Responsibilities
- Crew planning and scheduling across assigned vessels
- Coordinate with manning agencies & fleet teams
- Manage travel, visa, hotel arrangements for crew mobilization
- Maintain up-to-date crew records, certificates & validity tracking
- Liaise with port agents and flag states for smooth crew logistics
- Check and approve vendor invoices related to crew ops
- Support the system migration to COMPASS
