We are seeking a dedicated Crewing Executive, to support crew management, recruitment, and manpower planning for assigned vessels. You will act as the key point of contact for Marine HR matters, ensuring efficient crew deployment, compliance with maritime regulations, and smooth coordination with manning offices and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end crew recruitment and screening, including background checks and documentation verification
  • Plan and monitor crew rotations, deployment, and manpower planning across assigned vessels
  • Coordinate closely with manning offices, fleet managers, and operations teams on crew readiness
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and company policies
  • Manage and maintain accurate crew documentation, certifications, and records
  • Monitor crew performance, appraisals, and support career development and promotion planning
  • Coordinate training schedules, briefings, and onboarding activities for crew
  • Handle crew queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, audits, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marine HR / Crewing (onboard or ashore)
  • Good understanding of STCW, MLC, and maritime crewing operations
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multinational stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
