About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team focused on enabling global supply chains. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in logistics or spare parts handling, who are eager to grow and take on broader responsibilities in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers as allocated by management
- Prepare and submit customer quotations, including handling of cross-trade shipments
- Evaluate the success rate of submitted quotations and work towards continuous improvement
- Cooperate closely with the operations team to ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations
- Assist in allocating customer accounts to staff members based on business needs
- Participate in joint sales visits to build and maintain client relationships
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, particularly in customer service
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with logistics platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to overall service excellence
- Willingness to grow with the business and potentially manage a small team in the future
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Team player with the drive to grow the company’s customer base and deliver value-added services
