Commercial Finance Manager (FMCG | Start up Experience)
Our client, a global leader in the energy drinks sector, is expanding its footprint across APAC. With a growing regional hub in Singapore, they are seeking a dynamic Commercial Finance Manager to partner with commercial and supply chain teams, driving strategic decision-making and financial performance.
Your Role:
Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, you will be a key finance business partner, providing insights and financial leadership across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
- Collaborate with commercial teams to analyse market, customer, and brand performance trends.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.
- Ensure trade and brand investments are aligned with financial objectives.
- Champion an ROI-driven approach by linking financial performance to key initiatives and evaluating actual vs. planned returns.
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring data integrity and logical assumptions.
- Identify risks and opportunities throughout the year and proactively drive strategic responses.
- Ensure all financial planning deadlines are met with accuracy and insight.
Financial Insights & Analytics
- Conduct market, brand, and pricing analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide commercial recommendations on portfolio, promotions, and pricing.
- Lead post-promotion reviews and drive continuous improvement in financial planning.
