Key Responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts, including journal entries, fixed asset schedules, profit and loss, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations. Lead the preparation of monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, estimates, and working capital planning. Ensure timely monthly closing and preparation of interim and annual financial statements. Oversee MIS preparation for monthly shipping operation reviews and quarterly board presentations. Handle quarterly GST submissions and liaise with banks on governance and loan matters. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other stakeholders on compliance matters. Support monthly closing and financial reporting for joint venture (JV) companies in collaboration with external service providers. Ensure accurate reporting to the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) of Singapore for annual expenditure requirements. Liaise with investment companies and subsidiary counterparts for financial consolidation and updates. Requirements Degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and statutory compliance. Proficient in accounting systems and Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
