Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and cheerful environment for clients during transactions in the branch and while interacting with clients by phone and email.
- Engage with clients to accurately determine their needs and offer appropriate products and services.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients regarding Calforex policy and applicable federal or provincial regulations for money service businesses.

Qualifications
