The role involves regular site inspections of predominantly residential projects to monitor progress and verify compliance with drawings, warranty standards, and employer’s requirements. Most work is west of London and along the M4 corridor.
You will support junior colleagues, identify discrepancies, and prepare written reports with photographs, coordinating snagging and end-of-defects inspections with the client.
