As an Apprentice Administrator - Project Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Engineers to deliver exceptional service to our clients. And the best bit? You’ll earn a nationally recognised level 2/3 Business Administration qualification while learning on the job! What you’ll be doingGood administrative practices are the foundation for all roles across our organisation. In our Project Support Administration team, you’ll learn through your studies and on the job – working alongside our experts as you:
- Support the team to comply with company information management requirements; including creating and issuing documentation to external parties, completing tracking schedules and maintaining accurate document management practices
- Type and format documents including minutes, reports, letters, fee proposals and more
- Maintain document management systems
- Set up and maintain project details
- Co‑ordinate diaries and arrange meetings
Qualifications
English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above
Knowledge
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Aware of confidentiality, GDPR and professional standards for handling data
Skills
Good time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication
Ability to use your own initiative
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities

- You already have the skills, knowledge and behaviours taught during this Apprenticeship
- You will still be in full time education in September 2026 (including another Apprenticeship)
