Stellantis is seeking a Regional Technical Training Coach to join our dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge brand introduction and technical training to our service teams, ensuring that all technical staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver superior service and maintain high performance standards for Stellantis vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in onboarding new retailers to provide onsite support, ensuring they are equipped to work with the Stellantis Diagnostic, Technical and Warranty systems.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the retailer network, identifying areas for development and improvement, and helping team members reach their full potential.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics and adjust the training approach to ensure continuous improvement.
- Travel within the UK to deliver on-site training and offer in-person technical support when needed, this will include overnight stays when required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive technical training, service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair; Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo awareness essential.
- A deep knowledge of automotive technologies, including hybrid, electric, and traditional powertrains, diagnostic tools, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Previous experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs or a passion for developing and mentoring others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to travel regularly within the UK.

Salary & Benefits:Circa £40,000 dependant on experience, Company Car (BIK), 26 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, Calex Employee Benefits Packages (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice), Pension, Life Assurance, and optional Private Healthcare cover.
Company Car (BIK) - Example costings, based on a high-spec, fully electric Peugeot e-2008 GT: The P11D value is approximately £32,845. Therefore the annual tax payable by the employee would be approx. £130 per year (20% tax payer). Our Company Cars also include, Insurance, tax, tyres, breakdown cover and Windscreen repairs.
Place of Work:This is a hybrid regional role, and likely to include overnight stays as and when required.
Contract:Full time / Permanent
Working Hours:Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Pre-employment Checks:Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). This nature of this role will necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
