Calex UK is seeking an Automotive Technical Apprenticeship Development Coach to join our Mazda apprenticeship programme across the South of England. You will conduct regular development, coaching and review visits at dealer locations and online, manage progression targets, and ensure health, safety and wellbeing of apprentices while adhering to ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
You should have:
- Automotive workshop experience (level 3)
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
