- Oversee arrangements for gathering, analysing and acting on apprentice and employer feedback.

- Act as an ambassador for the Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Programme and undertake other reasonable duties supporting the effective operation of the Academy.
About You

- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify, evaluate and progress opportunities that enhance and future-proof an apprenticeship programme.
- Advanced and confident Microsoft Excel skills for analysing attendance, apprentice performance and feedback data, alongside advanced capability in Microsoft 365 Copilot and proficient use of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship-management skills and experience working confidently and diplomatically with apprentices, employers, Apprentice Managers, HR Managers and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to manage challenging conversations and resolve conflict calmly, fairly and constructively, including when working with young people.
- Excellent organisation, communication, judgement and attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Recent experience within Mercedes-Benz, a retailer network or a comparable premium automotive environment, and experience within apprenticeship training, blended delivery, project management, technical training or vocational development would be advantageous.
