About The Role
Project Executive on a fixed‑term contract for 12 months to provide maternity leave cover, to join the Commercial Training team at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will ensure that product launches, new course development, blended learning and a variety of tactical projects are delivered to timescales and budget.

About You
- Experience in project coordination
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator both written and verbal
- Proven and demonstrable experience of managing stakeholders both internally and externally
- Experience of relationship building skills, ideally in a client/customer environment
- Good financial acumen
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Proficient in using Microsoft programmes including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Good working knowledge of Smartsheet would be advantageous
- Experience creating and editing briefs in Microsoft PowerPoint including Gantt charts
- Tenacity and persistence in ensuring project deadlines are adhered to
- Recognised project management qualification (desirable)
Salary & Benefits

Contract
12‑month fixed‑term contract, full time. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Place of Work VWG National Learning Centre, Wymbush, Milton Keynes. We currently operate hybrid working with at least 60% of time in the National Learning Centre with the opportunity to work up to 40% remotely. Time spent in the office may change. There will also be times when it may be necessary to work from alternative locations such as Volkswagen Group facilities and retailers.
Pre‑Employment Checks
Calex will undertake the relevant standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting nominated referees, checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre‑employment checks. The nature of this role may necessitate a DBS check.
