We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Management Trainer at Stellantis in Coventry. The successful candidate will deliver Virtual Training Curriculums, facilitate classroom workshops and use proven coaching skills and experience to further develop Senior Leaders, Sales and Aftersales Managers both internally at Stellantis UK Head Office, Coventry and its Retailer Network; therefore strong facilitation and coaching experience is required. Previous automotive training and/or retailer senior management background would be hugely beneficial but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-standard and professional learning experience every time
- Deliver agreed number of training days predominately via virtual classrooms
- Provide ideas for continual improvements to course structure and delivery
- Adapt your style to the audience, retaining consistent delivery for key messages
- Build positive working relationships with the Calex management team
- Work alongside the Commercial Learning & Development Manager to support the achievement of objectives
- Develop bespoke content and coaching sessions to suit the business needs
- Develop and implement operational development initiatives that improve performance and drive business outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet the needs of the organisation
About You
- Experienced in management and leadership training, workshop facilitation and executive coaching
- An understanding and practice of using psychometric profiling would be beneficial
- Ability to recognise and respond to different learning and behavioural styles
- Strong personal presence, confidence and credibility
- Be able to interact with a wide variety of delegates
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be articulate and able to influence and inspire others
- Be a self-starter who understands the need to be flexible
- The role is hybrid, working from home and in The Performance Academy, Coventry. Occasionally be willing to travel and stay away from home, if required
- Have ideas and an appreciation of where learning is heading in the future to support new initiatives
- Expertise in operational development: Have a deep understanding of operational development, including knowledge of best practices and the ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Change Management: Can deliver cultural change by advocating an agile mindset, with experience of employing change management approaches, tools and techniques, including designing and delivering change impact analysis

Contract: Permanent / Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
Place of Work: Hybrid role working from home and the Stellantis Performance Academy in Coventry a minimum of 2 days per week.
Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated referees, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
Employment: The successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK.
