About the role
The Mazda Apprenticeship Programme Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the programme delivery, exam invigilation and bookings, recruitment and safeguarding teams and coordinating the accommodation and transport requirements whilst the apprentices attend the Mazda Academy in Stewartby. Additional function will be to support the operational running of the Mazda facility and report any issues to the programme manager for action.
About you
- Experience of working with apprenticeships, systems and processes
- Administration NVQ / Apprenticeship Levels 2 and 3 or equivalent supported with Functional Skills to minimum of Level 2
- Full UK Driving Licence
- MS office skills, and able to use technology such as laptops and tablets
- Enjoy playing an active and supporting role in the development of apprentices and supporting their welfare
- Knowledge and experience in learner safeguarding and wellbeing
- Up to date with safeguarding, welfare and Prevent training
- Ability to coordinate accommodation needs and transport to support the apprenticeship delivery
- Understand learner management systems
- Understand the documentation requirements of each programme and awarding bodies and funding bodies
- Take ownership of your work
- Experience in being responsible for own workload, diary management and working independently to tight schedules
- Motivated by the prospect of helping others succeed

Salary & Benefits
