The primary purpose of the Sales Animation Executive (SAE) is to ensure our Zone Managers have the insights and tools needed to deliver on all targets. The SAE will be expected to produce accurate and timely reports for Retailers and Field team and support with requests from the Sales Director / Head of Regional Operations. The SAE role is a crucial conduit to improving our relationship with investor partners by providing a professional, time optimised response/liaison to Stellantis and its brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly reward programme payment reports
  • Produce payment files for any ad-hoc campaigns launched in the month
  • Measure and report on compliance across all areas of Stellantis Commercial Policy (e.g. Target achievement, LEV performance, Demo compliance, Courtesy car compliance)
  • Manage the Dealer Sales Support ticketing system including directly responding to and resolving queries and passing others on to responsible departments/colleagues
  • Report and animate sales incentives, training completion, etc.
  • Produce reports for Retailers and the Field team
  • Build good relationships with Zone Managers and rest of Sales team
  • Identify improvements / opportunities to support sales team
  • Support with ad hoc requests from the Sales Director and Head of Regional Operations

About You

  • Strong analytical and data processing skills
  • Proven experience in utilising the best of Excel and Powerpoint software tools
  • Ability to decipher and prioritise what is important
  • Capable of working across numerous teams
  • Sound understanding of sales programmes, campaigns, brands and finance functions
  • Ability to make judgements on fair outcomes in complex scenarios

Contract: Permanent / Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week

Place of Work: Hybrid – Stellantis Head Office, Coventry.

Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
