Calex specialise in the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programmes, predominantly within the automotive retail industry, including management, technical, aftersales and apprentice training. More recently we have begun working with forward-thinking companies within the logistics, food & beverage, and pensions sectors to enhance their training proposition via the implementation of Virtual Learning Environments, Live Broadcasting and Social Learning Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly reward programme payment reports
- Produce payment files for any ad-hoc campaigns launched in the month
- Measure and report on compliance across all areas of Stellantis Commercial Policy (e.g. Target achievement, LEV performance, Demo compliance, Courtesy car compliance)
- Manage the Dealer Sales Support ticketing system including directly responding to and resolving queries and passing others on to responsible departments/colleagues
- Report and animate sales incentives, training completion, etc.
- Produce reports for Retailers and the Field team
- Build good relationships with Zone Managers and rest of Sales team
- Identify improvements / opportunities to support sales team
- Support with ad hoc requests from the Sales Director and Head of Regional Operations
About You
- Strong analytical and data processing skills
- Proven experience in utilising the best of Excel and Powerpoint software tools
- Ability to decipher and prioritise what is important
- Capable of working across numerous teams
- Sound understanding of sales programmes, campaigns, brands and finance functions
- Ability to make judgements on fair outcomes in complex scenarios

Salary & Benefits
£30,000 dependant on experience. 25 Days Annual Leave, Calex Employee Benefits Packages (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice), Life Assurance, Pension, optional private Healthcare cover.
