Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Performance Toolkit (RPTK). This is an exciting opportunity to work with JLR to shape the future direction of a key business platform, working closely with retailers, importer markets, technology teams and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create measurable business value. In this role you will be responsible for maximising the value delivered by the Retailer Performance Toolkit, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of retailers, importer markets and field teams while supporting wider business objectives. Acting as the voice of the customer and end user, you will define and communicate the product vision, manage and prioritise the product backlog, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver valuable product outcomes. The role translates strategic business objectives into actionable product initiatives, driving continuous improvement through data-led decision making and customer-centric product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Retailer Performance Toolkit.
- Align product priorities with organisational objectives, retailer requirements and customer experience goals.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value delivery.
- Define, refine and maintain epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for product priorities and roadmap delivery.
- Gather, analyse and prioritise customer feedback, business requirements and operational insights.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and product engagement activities.
- Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and release planning.
- Balance customer value, business needs, risks and technical considerations when making prioritisation decisions.
- Establish, monitor and report on product KPIs, adoption metrics and success measures.
- Analyse user behaviour and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Present product performance, recommendations and roadmap updates to stakeholders and governance forums.
- Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure product stability, reliability and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to support effective governance and issue resolution.
- Ensure appropriate governance relating to releases, environments, security, compliance and risk management.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency and business performance through digital capabilities, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Promote innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement across the product and wider business teams.

Place of Work: Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the JLR office in Coventry
