Job Summary

Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation partnered with several leading automotive manufacturers. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Learning Management System (LMS) team at Jaguar Land Rover. This hybrid role combines providing system support and content management responsibilities and offers a unique opportunity for individuals from diverse professional backgrounds—particularly those with experience using Company systems such as LMS, ATS, CRMs, or similar platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality support and learning experiences to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for LMS-related queries and issues via a global ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning assets and system configurations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders across global markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
  • Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases.

Content Management & Configuration

  • Load, test, and configure learning assets within the LMS.
  • Review and troubleshoot e-learning content in pre-production environments.
  • Support the build and refresh of global and local learner journeys.
  • Maintain audit logs, asset lists, and version control documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and slide decks for governance meetings and act as a subject matter expert when required.

About you

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience using enterprise systems such as LMS, ATS, CRM, or similar platforms in a professional setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Strong Administration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach to change.

Salary & Benefits:

£30,000 dependant on experience, 25 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, Calex Employee Benefits Packages (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice), Pension, Life Assurance, and optional Private Healthcare cover.

Contract: Full time / Permanent

Place of Work: Hybrid role, working from home and the JLR offices in Whitley and Coventry.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). This nature if this role will necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.

Your Employment: The successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK, a specialist Automotive Contractor and Training Provider.
