Job Summary
We are seeking a Communications Manager to join Stellantis and champion the Citroën brand, shaping its voice across all channels. Working with the Head of Marketing Communications, the Communications Manager will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of Citroën UK’s brand communications strategy to support business objectives and brand metric targets, in line with the overall masterplan. The primary purpose of the position is to improve awareness levels and strengthen brand image, whilst delivering against marketing funnel objectives to support commercial and sales performance across the full customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the UK strategic communications framework across ATL, Digital, Social and CRM channels to support commercial objectives at both brand and model level.
- Continuously review performance to ensure brand KPI targets are met.
- Lead and manage the development of social media marketing across all platforms to drive engagement, improve consideration, and deliver lead targets.
- Working with external agencies, manage the social and influencer strategy and support content creation as required.
- Own brand management, ensuring all communications adhere to HQ Brand guidelines, UK regulations, market requirements, and local tone of voice including special responsibility for Ami operations and ongoing delivery of previous generation sold orders and co-ordination of New Ami launch.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Communications to develop and implement integrated communications plans for Citroën products and brand campaigns, targeting new vehicle customers across all relevant marketing channels and delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience from awareness and consideration to conversion and retailer engagement.
- Use customer insight, campaign performance data and market intelligence to review and optimise communications effectiveness across the marketing funnel, ensuring delivery against brand and business KPIs.
- Collaborate regularly with Product Managers to anticipate product updates and launches, coordinating the timely development of marketing materials and assets.
- Partner with Events (BTL) and PR teams to ensure experiential and media activities are aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Ensure effective management of Retailer Marketing campaigns, with all assets and media delivered in line with the agreed strategic framework.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with central and local marketing teams, as well as creative and media agency partners.
- Define briefs and plans in line with budget and strategy, including performance review and media KPI measurement.
- Act as a catalyst for creative ideas, working across shared marketing functions to drive consistency, efficiency, and best-in-class execution, while proactively identifying and testing new channels formats and partnerships to keep Citroën communications fresh, relevant and competitive.
- Ensure the brand is always communicated consistently both via all communications channels and within across the Citroen Retailer network.
About You
- At least 5 years’ experience within a Marketing role or similar position with a strong understanding of Social and Digital Marketing.

Contract: Permanent / Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
Place of Work: Hybrid - working from home and the Stellantis Head Office in Coventry, a minimum of two days per week, with occasional travel to other Stellantis locations as required.
Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated referees, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
