Calex specialise in the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programmes, predominantly within the automotive retail industry, including management, technical, aftersales and apprentice training. More recently we have begun working with forward-thinking companies within the logistics, food & beverage, and pensions sectors to enhance their training proposition via the implementation of Virtual Learning Environments, Live Broadcasting and Social Learning Platforms.

As a Brand Specialist, you will be the online representative and primary point of contact for our brands. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience on our digital platform, supporting the Group’s digital sales aspirations. Working directly with customers, you will guide and assist customers in completing their purchase journey, either online or offline with a retailer.

In this role, you will provide a seamless and professional experience for all prospects and customers, from initial contact to order fulfilment. Communication will involve live chat, telephony, WhatsApp, and email, so a confident and professional approach to customer support is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and deliver outstanding customer experience through the appropriate channel, online or offline – using tools/technology to support i.e. live chat, phone/WhatsApp & email
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with both new prospects and existing customers, engaging in a professional, compliant and reassuring manner to assist prospects in their car purchasing journey
  • Keep updated with brand related, product and finance training to deliver a great experience to customers and prospects
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer information and interaction details to support seamless handover and follow up by retailer
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Company’s commercial digital sales objectives
  • Ensure all communications and correspondence is compliant and meets the Quality objectives (existing FCA training would be advantageous, as this is a regulated responsibility, but training will be given)

  • Recent retailer experience is desirable (not essential, but preferable)
  • Able to work with a high level of autonomy

  • Be a strong, confident communicator, verbal and written
  • Understand sales and customer retention techniques

Salary & Benefits
  • Up to £40,000 depending on experience (includes commission payments), plus option to join the Stellantis CCS Vehicle scheme.
  • 25 Days Annual Leave.

Working Hours
  • 40 hours per week
Working Pattern
  • You will work 5 days a week on a 7‑day rolling rota, which will include weekend work.
Place of Work
  • Hybrid role, working from home and the Stellantis Head Office in Coventry, at least 3 days per week.

Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with all successful candidates. This includes contacting all nominated references, checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre‑employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
