We are currently seeking to recruit a CUPRA Training Programme Administrator to join the team at the Volkswagen National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will support the CUPRA Mentor with supporting the CUPRA retail network to achieve certification. Candidates should ideally have experience in a customer centric environment and a learning & development background. You will be responsible for all programme logistics and communications between CUPRA Specialists, the CUPRA Mentor and CUPRA Business Partners. Controlling databases and compiling reports will enable CUPRA Specialists to progress through their pathway and certification.

Key Responsibilities
- Logistics and communication with all participants and necessary stakeholder for the preparation and execution of the certification
- Coordination of assessment, virtual classroom and LMS scheduling
- Writing and sending communications to the business
- Elaboration of individual assessment reports with strengths, areas to improve and general comments per candidate
- Reporting of learning progress against timed learning activities
- Realisation of Mystery Lead contact in the two months prior to the certification date
- Revision of all necessary documentation from the Audit prior to the certification date
- Execution of all modules of the certification on the day / days of certification as agreed with the market
- Participation in assessing as required
- Maintaining learner audits on the LMS
- Delivery of all individual reports to the necessary stakeholders (Training responsible, candidate, field force, Sales Manager)

- Native speaker from the country in which they will work
- Are based in the country for whom they will execute the certification process
- Have profiles related to HR and / or psychology
- Have advanced English skills for communication with CUPRA HQ as required.
- Conduct all communication with market, CUPRA Masters, Dealer Principles etc. in the national language
- Experience working within the manufacturing or automotive industry
- A genuine interest and passion for the automotive industry, keeping abreast of developments both within the VWG brands and its competitors
- Experience of working in learning departments with a focus on achieving set qualification standards and targets
- An understanding of assessment tools and their links to learning & development

Contract: Fixed term / Part Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 20 hours per week
Place of Work: VWG National Learning Centre, Wymbush, Milton Keynes.
We currently operate hybrid working with at least 60% of time in the National Learning Centre with the opportunity to work up to 40% remotely. Time spent in the office may change. There will also be times when it may be necessary to work from alternative locations, e.g. VWG facilities and retailers, and other sites as necessary to perform the role.
Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated referees, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
