What will you be doing?
- Marketplace channel management: Manage the day-to-day operations on Marketplace channels including but not limited to Amazon, Debenhams and Zalando.
- Product listing: Create and maintain compelling product listings using channel specific PIF templates that showcase our products effectively, including product descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
- Seasonal brand readiness and launch calendar: Ensuring channels are trade ready for each season and maintaining the calendar for seasonal launch activities.
- Product page optimization: Continuously evaluating product listings for scope of improvements such as lifestyle images, missing product attributes or any new attribute requirements by the channel.
- Channel specific value mapping: Ensure the correct values are being mapped for each channel using integrator partners (Tradebyte) and making sure the product pages are correctly set up.
- Troubleshoot listing issues and queries: Work actively with Channel support teams, integrator and internal IT team to fix any listing, price, or inventory sync issues.
- Inventory control and management: Monitor inventory levels and advise monthly inventory replenishment (if required)/ order fulfillment ensuring optimized product availability at size level. Continuous evaluation of inventory sync between different systems.
- Order and Returns management: Ensure timely processing of drop ship orders and handle any customer returns/ refund queries via messages on the marketplace portals.
- Identify marketing and promotional opportunities: Develop proposals for key events i.e. Prime Day, Black Friday, end-of-season sales, etc. and manage the price changes with respect to each channel. Maintain account specific promotional and activity calendar.
- Brand store presentation: Partner with the Marketplace Manager and Marketing team to ensure best-in-class presentation of the brand and brand store to give consumers the best brand experience possible on any given platform.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of and an interest in retail and online selling.
- Knowledge, or Experience of marketplace ecosystem – Amazon 1P / 3P, Zalando, Debenhams preferred.
- Good understanding of Advertising, PPC, SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Be able to manage and prioritize multiple marketplace platforms/ projects and brands at once.
- Be able to demonstrate proactive thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Confident proficiency with Microsoft Excel and capable of working with formulas and graphs. Reporting and dashboards preferred.
- Be able to work effectively with cross functional teams – internal and external. External partnerships include Marketing Agencies, Integration providers etc.
