We are looking for experienced M Schools, community centres, colleges, librarys etc Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sites Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel.
Plan and monitor site activities, programmes, labour, materials, and plant requirements.
Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and relevant legislation.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
Organise and attend site meetings, providing regular progress updates and reporting on key issues.
Review construction drawings and identify and resolve technical or site-related issues.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed to programme and specification.
Manage deliveries, site logistics, storage, and the efficient use of plant and materials.
Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, progress reports, inspections, and documentation.
Identify potential risks, delays, and variations, implementing solutions where necessary.
Ensure the site is kept clean, organised, and secure at all times.
Lead and motivate the site team, promoting a professional and positive working environment.
Assist with snagging, handover, and completion of works.
