Roofing Supervisor Location: London Job Type: Full-Time / Long term role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Roofing Supervisor to join our team and oversee roofing projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Supervise roofing teams on site and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard. * Prepare and complete Friday packs for upcoming works. * Carry out RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and ensure they are understood and followed by the team. * Monitor site progress, quality, materials and productivity. * Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. * Liaise with clients, site teams and contractors where required. * Provide regular updates and report directly to the Manager on project progress, issues and requirements. * Identify and resolve problems on site efficiently. * Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required specification. Requirements * Previous experience in roofing supervision or a similar senior roofing role. * Good knowledge of roofing systems, site procedures and health & safety. * Experience completing RAMS and site documentation. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. * Full UK driving licence preferred.
